A text message has been circulating around spreading the info that singer-actress Isabel Granada passed away after battling against ovarian cancer. The SMS message reads, "DEAR FRIENDS, LET ISABEL GRANADA BE IN OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS. LET US BE HAPPY THAT SHE IS WITH THE LORD NOW, IN PEACE. WITH NO PAIN CAUSED BY OVARIAN CANCER."

"Whatever txt po nareceive nyo...i just [want] to let u knw Im good po..thank u po sa concern..i couldnt answer calls/txt, sensya napo.
im ok po", according to a text message from Isabel.Vi Manila Bulletin Isabel said it was "cruel" and "irresponsible."
"I really don't know sino po nagkalat but I'm sure the person must have galit sa akin or ingget," the actress added.
Isabel Granada has underwent a couple of surgeries to remove a cyst from her ovary before but she refuted that she has cancer.
Isabel Granada, 35, started her career in Philippine showbiz through "That's Entertainment". She was able to record an album and star in several TV shows after that.
