Cristine Reyes and Sam Milby, teaming up on Maalaala Mo Kaya this Saturday | MMK May 7, 2011 Episode

A refreshing team up will be featured this Saturday on ABS-CBN's drama anthology "Maalaala Mo Kaya" (MMK). Sexy actress Cristine Reyes will be pairing with Kapamilya heartthrob Sam Milby. It is something to look forward to for sure.

Marie Digby, Sam Milby 'kilig' moments in Japan revisited (Photos and Videos)

During the "One Kapamilya Go" concert in Japan last year, hunk actor Sam Milby and international singer Marie Digby had a special moment together when they played a 'paper dance' game where Sam had to carry Marie. They won the game and the audience asked for a kiss. Both did give each other a kiss making the crowd 'kilig'. :D

What happens when the ex-boyfriend of Anne Curtis, Sam Milby and her current boo, Erwan Heussaff meet face to face?

“Nothing ano, [nothing] bad at all,” was how Sam described it when he got the chance to bump into Erwan recently at celebrity stylist Liz Uy's birthday party.

“Even when I was there talagang wala kaming problema or anything like that. 'How you doin’?' Gano’n lang. Fun talaga,” Sam told SNN.

As a fan, I am happy for Anne since she looks so happy having Erwan around.

"Happy Yipee Yehey!" Hosts include Sam Milby, John Prats, Matteo Guidicelli

The fans of Sam Milby previously voiced out their disappointment in various online forums when it was announced on TV Patrol that the line-up of hosts in the new noontime show on ABS-CBN "Happy Yipee Yehey!" did not include the Kapamilya hunk. I read on one saying "I don't want to subscribe on TFC anymore because Sam Milby is not on Happy Yipee Yehey!" or something like that.


I know the fans' disgust since they were excited when it was rumored that Sam Milby was taken for the show. But the people behind the new noontime show must have heard the fans and so they granted their wish.

Yes, Sam Milby will be part of "Happy Yipee Yehey!". Not only that young actors John Prats and Matteo Guidicelli are also joining the show as hosts.

However, Sam Milby and Matteo Guidicelli will not be seen daily on the show. They are only guest show hosts. Bummer!

"Happy Yipee Yehey!" will start airing on February 12 on ABS-CBN.

Sam Milby shares space on Celebrity Living

Sam Milby is no doubt one of the country's most eligible bachelors making the girl he is to marry one of the luckiest in world. Sam is a complete package for every girl out there. She got the looks, the body and of course the house. Yeah, a modern house at that. Haha. Forgive this intro.


All I am want to share is that Kapamilya hunk Sam Milby is the cover of Celebrity Living Magazine's February 2011 issue. In a special feature, Sam shares why he does not mind living ALONE in his modern home.

'iDol', 3rd Shortest-running ABS-CBN Primetime Show

As the kantaserye 'iDol' featuring Sarah Geronimo, Sam Milby and Coco Martin ends this October 22 after cancellation due to production and schedule constraints, it is going to be the 3rd shortest-running primetime show aired on the Kapamilya network, ABS-CBN. With a total of 35 episodes on its finale, 'iDol' is number 3 in top 10 shortest Kapamilya shows of all time, next only to a 2007 show Princess Sarah with 30 episodes .


Below is the list of the shortest-running ABS-CBN shows based on the number of weeks and episodes shown (sineserye offerings, not included):

'iDol' (ABS-CBN) axed due to Poor Ratings?

A fellow blogger reported that the kantaserye 'iDol' which is being aired on ABS-CBN and stars Sarah Geronimo, Sam Milby, and Coco Martin has been canceled due to poor ratings and 'lack of chemistry' between Sarah and Sam.



However ABS-CBN Corporate Communications head, Bong Osorio explained, "Idol, which was planned to be a 10-week series will end after eight weeks due to constraints in production and schedule. Its last episode will be on October 22. We wish to thank everyone who supported Idol."

Noypi has to agree that there is not much 'kilig' factor between Sarah and Sam nor Sarah and Coco. I guess something also went wrong on the plot and presentation of the 'singing' scences. What do you think?
